I missed the first 16 pitches of the bottom of the first today. That was all the A’s needed. CC pitched a complete game and lost. I’m not kidding, I turned it on and it was 0-3.
Still, the Yankees are cruising right now. Hughes looked downright dominant last night. They win tomorrow and they’ll continue to cruise by winning every series so far this year. I remember in ’98 when the basically didn’t lose a series from June until the end of the year. We all know how that year turned out.
Right now, I’m getting my butt kicked by final school details so I apologize for my slow blogging.
